HEY - I clicked on Dalton, but it won't show!
For me, Moore turned it into a comedy role.
i KNOW I'll be in the minority here, but I feel that Dalton brought an edge to the character that no other had. HE was hard and you KNEW he'd kill you!!!
Brosnan was good - nicely understated and a 'pretty boy' and the 2 Craig movies - well, somehow it doesn't feel like James Bond anymore.
There's a Bond Formula, and I feel they have strayed too far into the 'Bourne' Formula with them.

for me dalton win as the most handsome bond, dont worry but the bond's figure is still moore for me hehe
Lazenby had an impossible task following the success of dear old Sean, and with only one movie to his credit, didn't get enough footage to really make it his own (curse his stupid manager), but again, he brought that seriousness to the role that the Connory and Moore didn't.
Also, with his marriage etc - it's a vital 'episode' in the Bond saga.
yeah, such an impossible mission, and the worst he dont hv any charm of bond's. and i kinda understand why he just play in 1 movie hehe hmmm, maybe the seriousness of james bond is something make him charm

I prefer the 'real' Bonds rather than the 'entertainment' Bonds.
Lazenby only did one movie coz his manager advised him against a long term contract saying that the JB movies didnt have much mileage in them - D'oh!
Sean Connery used to visit my next door neighbour, this was way back when I was about 5 yrs old !!! He was once a milkman in Edinburgh, also an artists model, a brick layer, a bodybuilder and he entered Mr Universe, I think he moved into acting after this.

illu_66: That guy writes a bleedin' novel about JB, his viewpoints and observations, and your reply was soo dismissive and clipped. It was sooo funny!
Oh..I wasn't being dismissive..was just letting him know I still liked the accent...although I guess it could have been misconstrued that way...sorry Bruce!
