I think a cure for cancer would be more useful as so many more people are affected by various cancers through no fault of their own.

A cure for AIDS already exists except in unusual rare cases of accidental infection. It's called abstinence.

i've heard they have a vaccine to prevent aids now.And cancer is the a bad disease that needs a cure, but there is also other things that need consideration.

I voted cure for aids because so many have aids and the numbers are ignored by the media as to how many have it, but I think I read on some Swedish news site that they found a cure for aids, but had to do some more testing which will take a few more years.

The cure for cancer is already here. Has been for some time, but to some strange block from the Government here in America they will not allow the Natural cures to be used as medicine. The FDA only allows lab created cures to be used, in which Chemical treatment or radiation is used instead of Natural cures that have worked since the beginning of time.
There is a few vids on Youtube that talk about cancer cures and there is a website from the UK that tells about all the Natural Cancer cures. Mexico has a retreat people can go to that has worked for many in which they are given laetrile (apricot seeds crushed and almonds in a pill form). Basically this is Vitamin B17 which destroys cancer cells.

Anyway, the Natural cure works. All you have to do is keep your body alkaline or if you get cancer make your body alkaline by eating alkaline foods. The list can be found on the Internet and avoid any sugars as much as possible and avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup, modified corn starch, corn starch, and the name is used in many forms in many different foods including bread, catchup, soda, candy bars, salad dressings, the list is long but just read your food labels.
Why I say it works is because I had a good friend who was in his 90's and got cancer. He daily diet consisted of TV dinners since he didn't feel like cooking, but the dinners were full of chemicals that cause cancer. He tried the doctors way, radiation and chemical treatments, but the cancer was not going away. He had 2 months to live. I was determined to see if I could find the cure myself, so I did some digging on the web. Found that natural alkaline foods destroy cancer cells and cancer cannot survive in an alkaline body. So I told him and he gave it a try. He even ate some apricot seeds and a hand full of almonds each day. In three months after the date which the doctor said he would die, he was cured. He lived 5 more years cured and healthy till one day when he was 97 years old he passed away taking a nap from old age. Now, I also told this story to another man who had stomach cancer and he tried it and he was 55 at the time, he was cured also in the same way by eating alkaline foods. So when all else fails and the doctors give up on you, try alkaline foods. Your body is made up of vitamins and water, you need vitamins to be cured. Makes sense to me.
