i think what causes all this fighting and bickering is the threads that are put such as the one on 1916 rising...the singles parents cuts etc!!with the likes of these threads not everyone is going to agree with each other everyone is going to have different views on them..so everyone is not going to be happy and then everything ends up at people insulting each other name calling or just in one big row,its just a dating site why do people take these threads seriouly were here to have a laugh joke and a bit of crack and thats the way i think its should be! jMO

Don't think the arguement last nigght was about either of them. To be honest i can't remember how it all kicked off but being late at night and over the crimbo period i would be surprised of alcohol was not involved. I know i was hungover from the previos night. I have held my hand up and said I got carried away at times. Some people who were involved though are on here today playing the bleeding heart card.

I will hold my hand up to my part in last nights goings on with no problem whats so ever. And while I can agree that argueing for the sake of it is frustrating to see I have never been one to sit on the sidelines and watch someone make ignorant comments just to rile and try to hurt people.
If you wish to call denying your own words and insulting people through their children debating then you have a different definition of it than I have.
I will not lower myself to that level again.
Let me just add that while some people seem to think that last night was fueled by alcohol I can assure you that I do no tneed alcohol to speak my mind and none passed my lips last night.

I know Kalimera personally and she is not an arguementative lady at all, so you are wrong there!
I will speak for my own actions only (and be it known that I never drink and go on line ever) and say that I didn't like the way you were abusing/attacking/bullying (delete as appropriate) cailin beag (a lady whom I do not know at all so do not label me in a clique please) so yes I did come out and post some comments. I will not stand by and watch another poster take someone apart for no apparant reason. Call me what you will, you opinion of me means nothing to me at all. I happen to think Cailin is a very funny and honest and she has a lot to contribute to the forums. I am glad she is a strong woman who is going to stick around despite last night.
I hope 2010 brings us some tolerance, more dating and a really wonderful year for everyone

You dont seem to get the concept of a public forum. Unlike private mail or chat when someone posts something publicly they are inviting others to comment on it, regardless of whether or not they like those comments,

I never stated you could not post or have an opinion. I just think it is a little starge that you choose to get involoved in an arguement on the forums and then bang on like you do?
I never complain about arguement on here as I would see it as hypocritical but some of you will argue all night, be as nasty as the other folk and then come on the next day pretending to be squeky clean and play the victim. It is amazing to me how there were soooooo many victims last night and only one instigator????? Pleeeaaase do me a favour.
