Poverty. If poverty were eliminated worldwide, I think that many of the other items on the list would be addressed and possibly even fixed. Funds would be available, and the lost and lonely would be more involved in society and part of the process.

There are many kinds of education and many of them don't cost money. A typical one would be common sense, coupled with compassion, which is gained from experience......all knowledge.
If people had common sense and compassion then they wouldn't let other people go hungry, (just to have a second car or yacht, or whatever luxury they have convinced themselves they need). Money would be more evenly distrubed because it was the right thing to do, and fair to everyone.
