The job market is terrible here where i reside. Many are unable to find employment and many college grads are finding themselves waiting for jobs that do not exist. On a positive note i was finally offered employment in the Travel and Tourism Management industry today but i have not had any luck since May 2009 after graduating from college the second time around.
I believe that people need to be thankful for what employment they have and those looking had better not be so picky in accepting jobs. Lastly go out and vote and lets get someone in office who will keep their promises and create jobs instead of spew lies.
Not good here in Spain for most people. However, for me it´s better than ever. People are trying to maximise their chances of employment by learning or improving their English.

Companies are still making redundancies in the UK. Ones that are recruiting say for instance, lawyers, accountants, are being far more specific in their requirements relating to a candidate. Where they might accept a person with a 2:1 degree, they are no looking for 1:1. Also, looking for people with a solid work history.
Jobs are on the increase here......evevy time something breaks and there is no money to fix it a new job is created. My uncle just got a job as a speed bump! My cousin is working as a stop sign post. My other cousin is working as a parking meter! Things is getting better in the South!
The job situation is bleak here but i did get a little lucky recently as i took part time employment at a local casino operation. I don't like it because it is mainly Friday through Sunday but i can not complain. Part time employment sure beats unemployment.

I am glad those two degrees you never shut up about have come in handy.
