You get a feeling for someone when you first meet them. If that feeling that hits you is one of love, then you just experienced "Love at first sight".
What kind of love that might be would have to be asked as totally different question - with a million possible answers?
Chances are that if it does happen, the thing that you fall in love with is whatever it is that this person appears to be at first sight, which is most probably because they look like they fit your bill in one way or another.
But I think it's equally possible to make an instant connection with someone, that could very easily be called love in the deepest scene of the word. Every person gives off a different spark/vibe/feeling/warmth, and if that is the same spark/vibe/feeling/warmth that you are looking for (consciously, or unconsciously), then love is likely to follow. Especially if when you actually talk to this person, that they do indeed seem to fit you perfectly, and everything flows naturally. That is how it usually works; in my experience.

Hmm..not sure if it's lust or love..think first comes lust..it's what draws us to the person..then love can follow once you get to know them.

Can't say for sure if that is how it is for me. If I feel lustful about someone I would probably tent to shy away. I think it while getting to know someone is when it happens, if it were to happen that is.. I hope to find out one day. I will keep everyone posted if it does.
