I dont think such a thing exists... but I really dont know.. I have never experienced it, I've experience lust at first sight. 
It is tricky because one person can see another and fall in love but the other person doesnt.. obviously then its not LOVE.. cause love is shared!

That depends in which stage of your life you are, in my opinion.
For teenagers it’s pretty common to get ‘love at first sight’.
But what you get older you turn more and more preventive. Not just because your previous experience but also because age does you take things with less explosion than when you were younger.
