The grandchild of your grandfather's cousin, that you never heard the name of, let alone have ever met? That would formally still be family, but if think you'd have a moral family obligation, do the math; there's a kinship that statistically amounts to a mere 1/128th, almost as far as every next man. And it's not even a pal.
So when you say 'family', you probably mean 'close family' (1st degree, 2nd degree etc.). And that's of course what I meant with 'certain' family...
I chose - certain family - because before I even saw the choices, I already had in my mind that Id give to my daughters only. I feel that first, since they came from my body there is a good chance my kidney would be a match, and secondly - my mother love compells me to do something like this! Anyone else, will have to ask their mom too or just pray for available dialasis machine.
