My background has helped. I have had to meet some rather high profile people and it helps to do research on them first in order for things to run smoothly so..... I do find the confidence to deal seamlessly with a situation and conversation, even though I would ordinarily be quite shy at first.....

So, it would probably (now) be a No. 1 for me. christmas happy
