I am not sure if I got correctly the asking . But :For example - I am 45 and if he is more than 65 or younger . Or daughter-father / mother-son's years of difference is not quite.....

Sebastino: I would say age is never a barrier if you ask me, but many people use it as a criteria to decide who they want to be with instead of who they person is and the love they both have for each other.
Hell yeah it matters when it concerns a romantic relationship, but not a friendship. I will say the emotional/mental connection can exist between to lovers who are even more than a generation apart, but there are some physical features that just bother me that I just can't ignore. (I've tried dating much older women).

At 65 years old I do not in any way wish to have a 25 year old guy, and I would imagine even less so if I were 75 years old...
This will probably sound harsh and I will probably get a bashing with responses....
But can't help wondering when I see/hear of 75 year old men hooking up with 25 year old women that maybe those guys are really making sure that they've got someone to nurse them through the fast approaching geriatric years....
