Personaly I would start up conversation as there is no harm in conversation, however if they send a personal Yahoo account and ask you to contact them there then that is a sure sign of scam. The reason they want to chatt on yahoo instead of threw cs is because they know there profile will be deleated in a short time.

I am fairly new to CS and have reported a few scammers, but nothing seems to happen. All were clearly scammers and I included details to verify so. But they are still on line. Is reporting useless?
