but ya know what..the weat and the corn has been genetically altered already so have tomatoes and a bunch of other things including rice..and the meat from the animals is full with antibotica..the thing is we are bilions of people here..stuff has to be mass produced..so nothing is healthy anymore..not the water not the air you breathe..you most likely will either die of cancer or of a heart attack anyway so what does it really matter

well...

just to defend my "home interest" against a completely untrue statement...

putting on your list "pizza" and calling it "junk food" that has little or no nutritional value is just plain rubbish...

the fresh made pizza with all natural ingredients like fresh tomatoes, basil, mozzarella or parmesan cheese not mentioning the dough prepared by the pizzaiolo at the moment with fresh flour is one of the heathiest food in the world...very mad very mad very mad

Who would refute the nutrients provided by the thick veggie topping?

agree with you....Who would refute the nutrients provided by the thick veggie topping? Now, the junk factor of pizza comes from the cheese sprinkled over the vegetables. Even though cheese is good for health, an excess of it is not recommended; And of course, the pizza base made out of refined flour.
anyways, your responses have always motivated me to do better; good day young woman & good luck; take care.
