Sure, if there is a real interest.. I do a control cam on a messenger in real time.... some folks have high profile jobs etc, so it's not necessarily a lying frog issue. Better than endless typing with no visual connect.

A pic is no big deal for me, because sometimes I think it makes the person more genuine. When I see a pic of a beautiful woman I know that my chances are slim with her because of all the hits she will get. Men just goes for those things. Before you know it she is so overwhelmed by the attention she cannot make up her mind or begin to look for strings rather than love.
Besides, I have sent my pics by email before I ever posted my pics here. There was no pretence and the person knew exactly what I was about.

I feel that alot of people(myself included) dont want their face shown at first for a variety of reasons. If you talk to someone then you can send pics through personal e-mail or simply get together. I dont need to see a picture of someone to talk to them. I must say if your reason is due to running from the law or something illegal then you should not be here in the first place. I would love for anyone to e-mail me first and does not matter if they have pics.
Trying to hook up with someone on a dating site who won't show them self is about the same as going on a blind date...

Conceptual images would be better than nothing at all; at the very least, you'd get a picture of their mind's self image...sort of a portrait by someone like Yoko Ono...

I met my present wife here in the forums and at the time she had no pictures posted as she was completely computer illiterate. She had to get help in order to get pictures onto her computer and then upload them to here.
^^If you meet someone you like you can always email them private pics. I work with children and lots of parents scan the internet looking for things they don't like to use against teachers so I don't post my full face pics. I have some friends on here who have seem my full pics though in the past and a couple I've met in person. I am also careful the sorts of things I write so I understand those who don't have pics.

Plus while reading the rules I didn't recall reading/seeing anything where it states where someone is required to have pic up.
I belong to acouple sites where rarely does anyone post a profile pic.Mostly they're pics of funny pics etc.I treat everyone the same regardless.

While I would prefer a pic I sort of enjoy getting to know them first. They already know what I look like, so it has not been a big deal. In each case within a brief time they send it to me anyway...LOL
