Juneau: We have had such a lot of snow and freezing temperatures this winter already, and it's only the start of January!
Are you fed up with it now, or are you quite happy to see more snow?
I am in two minds really. It makes life hard work, I worry about the heating costs, and I feel the cold badly, so in some ways I'd like to see an end to it, but knowing British weather, it would just be replaced with rain and gloom (which I hate even more! )
Perthshire is due for more heavy snow tomorrow apparently! I think I would like to be able to get out in it a bit more this time. It's not quite the same when you don't have a bouncy boxer dog to enjoy it with, that makes a big difference.
Need to find someone to loan me one I think!!
we had alot of snow here too
but it's melting all away just 7°C right now
some parts of Germany got a big trouble by that, towns got flooded but here, everythings nice even smells for spring

That's why they get paid the big bucks!!!
I have seen snow down there. They canceled school because of a quarter inch, while up here it takes at least 4 inches Another thing that made me laugh, the people with these built up 4x4's were even staying off the roads

Yep...I'm afraid to say, you are quite correct! Us Brits are useless when we get a bit of the white stuff!
Although cycling on snow is actually fine! I used to cycle miles on snow covered roads. If it's packed down, then it's absolutely fine! Ironic huh?
I guess no-one can like it more than a week. Its not something which can enhance life ,actually the cold it gets the more lifeless it becomes as many species can't survive cold. Creatures are more tolerant to heat than to cold .

The shed will always be there for you, except in the Summer when I let it out.
