I eat very little myself I havent been to McGakandpukes for probably 25yrs...but everything in moderation.

Well in the past I used to eat it alot, hardly never nowadays, and in the past I did so coz I was trying to find happiness in food. Simply as that. Now I find happiness in exercise. Aint you cute with all these polls lately.

Like most things moderation is the key. A little of what u like is good for u and fun. Large quantities of any food will be a problem, plus not excercising regularly. Then again u get couch potatos that a rake thin.
