I cant speak for anyone else, but I have to say that nervousness in small doses is attractive. Its nice to know that someone is as excited and nervous to see you, as you are to see them. Gets everyones adrenline pumping and puts people on edge, makes em work harder.
After those initial few nervous moments.... continuing to be 'nervous' really is not an attractive quality. It reeks of pretending to be someone that they are not, not speaking their mind, overall lacking in confidence, and not accepting the woman/man for who she/he is.
I dont think 'nervousness' invites powerplay rather I think its offputting and invites a good dumping.
