Why do women question what their intuition tells them? Pay attention to your suspicions, girls. There's a reason you have a brain - use it. Don't spend time wondering, "Why?" It's a useless mental exercise that never gets to the real issue. BOLT.
As a former feminist English teacher of gifted 13 year olds (150 (every day).:
* Wherever they sat on day one is pretty-much where they sit the rest of the year * I learned 150 students' names on the first day * developed their appreciation for language and how it affected our thinking, * "got it" when they realized there were so many adjectives that are negative for girls/women ... than there were for boy/men
Why are we raising and reinforcing a society where boys/men cost us (world-wide) so blood and treasure?
Thanks. I've been buried in work (my website business gets real busy for Fathers' Day), getting an apt. rented, selling two properties, and this annoying lawsuit. Now that most of the detail work is done, I have some breathing room.

@jana - the domestic scene in the US - economic & social took precedence over foreign policy for good reason. Had our economy failed, yours would be worse. In terms of foreign policy - what do you refer to? Since "we" are not over "there" to know specifics. I'm curious.
Just checked your profile. You shouldn't have any problem finding company ... unless your in a small upstate NY town... If you're in Manhattan the women are all over the place! lol
Beautifully done! I have adopted your approach from this point forward. Among all the folks in here I've only run into one of those and, you're right, laughter is much more fun!
You have just demonstrated a key ingredient of maturity - recognizing when you are wrong and owning up to it! I never saw those blogs, but admire you for your honesty.
