A few weeks back a woman kill her children and herself. They ran to a neighbor but he did nothing. the mom called them back home, no help, no choice.she killed 4 children.2 teens 2 little kids. If I had to denounce in anonymity I DO.because children often don't have a voice to ask for help themselves. Do what you have to do.
