YA I THINK THEY INTRODUCED THAT SYSTEM TO EASILY RECOGNISE WHAT COUNTY THE CAR WAS FROM IT HELPED EASY ID FOR ACCIDENTS ETC THE OTHER NUMBER PLATES WERE ENGLISH AND A FEW FOREIGN COUNTRIES HAHA THE DE LOREAN BEING IRISH THATS FUNNY REMINDS ME OF THIS VID
