All very interesting, regeneration of some parts of the body are very rare as seen by modern tecnology and transplants, all of which are NOT successful!!! but surely as the years pass more cures for serious illness will be found,i have both kidneys NOT WORKING, and have dialisis 3 times a week for 4 hours each visit, its only 9 months i have this treatment, it keeps me alive but its a long way from normal lifestyle,i am a little disapointed about people in general have heard the word dialisis but know very little about it.i am still enjoying life when i have good days,my age is 70 which excludes me from a transplant, and is correct that many young people who have to have this treatment have first chance of a transplant. sorry if my reply is not connected directly with your subject, but i would like to give new year wishes to all dialisis patients, nurses and doctors who are doing there very best to make our lives as normal as possible. Thank you all who have taken a few minutes to read my reply. A happy new year to all at C.S.
being a non believer in religion, i think that respect for all religions is importatant, but when wars are fought in the name of religion its difficult for me to believe in a peacefull world, yes it is important in a relationship, i have friends here in Italy from many different countries, i would never argue with another even though i dont agree, live and let live, but dont make war!!!!!!!
Virgo, 2 years ago when another 15 year old went missing on the TV they discussed what could be done to safeguard the kids, i sent an email to the programe, the reply was, "its not a suitable moment to talk about tracking devices" they are crazy!!!!!
Hi Virgo, i have been thinking about the same thing lately, here they put tracking devices on dogs!!! they are small and can be inserted in clothes, bags, etc, so many kids are lost these days, mobile phones are not the best because the bad guys throw it away or destroy it, with tracking devices the signal can be traced on either mobile or computer, its possible to hear an alarm if the device goes out of a certain distance etc, i would have thought that more parents would use technology to keep safer their kids.
Hi zmountainman, good luck for your new adventure,i made a move to Italy 20 years ago when houses were cheap and to live cost very little, now i am thinking of moving again! my pension is no longer enough to live well,my next destination? looking seriously at Bulgaria, next spring i will decide, cant wait long as the years are passing by.
Hi Virgo, i would like to find an E-type 3.8 to restore, i did drive one many years ago and loved it, maybe when i sell this big house i will search for it.
Its a symbolic date, the calender wasnt even invented, and the true date could be wrong by several years, and like many other celebrations has become to comercialised and away from its true meaning, its time to take a step back and to help more other people.
Hi Livein, The south coast of England is beautifull, and i knew where to find the quite places, then my life changed direction, to escape from the rat race,20 years now in Italy and love it,the people, culture, slow life style, every morning i wake to the sound of a waterfall close to my house, with the advantage of being only 30 mins from the sea.
Hi Baltus, been looking for you my friend, and when is i saw "its me" i knew i had found you, i would like to stay in touch, can you send me an email in private??? if you want??? i wish you well my friend.
Hi Virgo, heavy tools you have. mine are much lighter, 180amp converter,3kw generator, carry on with the good work Virgo and keep us posted how its coming along,
YES, i would be able to put my affairs in order before to leave this world and prepare myself for the next, i dont fear death,i have reached a good age now, much more than some unfortunate people,i have had so far a wonderfull life and will continue to enjoy it to the full, only last year a friend died of cancer,54 years, but i left no words unspoken, so yes i want to know if i have a short time left,
my interests are many and varied, classic cars and motor cycles, clay pidgeon shooting, fishing,i used to restore cars in england, and have even done a few in Italy, now i am enjoying my time as a pensioner and seeing this beautifull country, i allso enjoy my life in the mountains where i have a house and land.
Hi Baltus, thanks for youramazing descriptions of the city,i am learning about a country which i have allways wanted to visit, i have bought many motor cycle parts from India, they produce parts for british BSA, TRIUMPH etc, which i import into Italy, have a great weekend my friend.
what a great weekend you had Jim, photos of the Eagle eating a squirrel will surely make you some money,+ the enjoyment of being in such a wonderfull place, here its been thunder storms most of the weekend and +16 c ,
its not a case of being guilty or innocent. IF THERE IS REASONABLE DOUBT, any person should be freed. now there is talk of reopening the case of "Rudy" the suposed killer of "Meradith".as usual the chaos in the legal systen continues in Italy.
Hi Jim. when there are lawyers who hide evidence from the courts, as happened in a recent case, what chance is there of a fair trial.+ every case is on TV every day of the week with so called experts, in this way you are prejudged guilty od innocent before the case is heard. For Amanda public opinion found her guilty.
Your welcome Tange,i have been here a while now, i dont write very often.but read a lot. my time is taken writing to my lady. lets hope all goes well for me and you.
As i have lived in Italy for 20 years i have seen so many times injustice from the Italian courts, the problems are many, starting from the investigation of the crime, there does not exist a procedure of investigation, which is done in a very unprofessional way, in the case of Amanda there was only contaminated biological evidence!! the mistakes being discovered 4 years later!!! i have no Trust in the Italian courts. the LIE, which is written on every courtroom says "THE LAW IS EQUAL FOR EVERYONE"
