Yes you are right, still their are few software which u just enable them they bypass the server of your countries like HOTSPOTSHIELD and many others too, and you cant identify from where u are using, this is bigger than proxy servers i guess.
I am a strong believer that Wisdom is achieved by being with wise people and then thinking, many wise people may eat ODD things, but that is there appetite.....i dont think wisdom has to do anything with it...
