i recall a saying "look good to feel good"....so as a house dont you think that is important, and what do you think the occupant being mischief and tearing house apart in their so called happiness!

Yes i do agree in a way what you are trying to say, but their have to be a relevant thought to PHRASE or a line, seems like a total ambiguity one to me
