Maybe you should sit down gather your thoughts and put them in a book. At some point in the future the youngsters may have to do some research and your wisdom would not have died with you.

I am still to acquire a love for eating fish, beef is not great tasting and yes chicken can be prepared in a number of ways but it is not as great tasting as pork.
I cannot say if there is really a difference in kissing a girl that does not eat pork. The joy came from kissing her after I told her that I eat pork and listening to the scorn she pours out on pork.

Maybe I should leave big people business alone but the two most interesting statements I have heard about pork/pigs are these:
A elderly gentleman once told me that in former times men did not allow their daughters to eat pork because it generated too much heat in their bodies.
My friends often said the only part of the pig that they do not eat is the grunt (the sound the pig make) and that is because they cannot capture it long enough to put it in the pot.
Incidentally tell me which meat kind can be prepared in more variety of ways or is better tasting than pork?
Ps. My greatest joy in my 20's was kissing those ladies that told me that they do not eat pork. I have always had a tender conscience so I always let it be known that I enjoy eating pork.
The USA claims that it is the leader of the free world. in the truest sense that is a joke for the USA is going to find its root and foundation in Britain. The foundation of the British law rest in the Ten Commandments and the USA learned from Britain. Interestingly the guys that wrote the US constitution were influence by Baptist teachings (this many in the Us want now to deny). You will probably see why easterners try to see present day westerners as Christians because at the heart of the legal system is the Ten Commandments and Christianity incorporates the Ten Commandments except one.
By now you would have seen me write on previous occasions that the greatest of philosophers have so far been unable to prove by reasoning that there is a God. There are those who claim they have no knowledge of God or are not sure if God exists, I personally have no problem with such persons. Sometimes we need to remember that Christians are classified as Roman Catholics and Protestants. Protestants would like to dissociate from Roman Catholics which is like a daughter saying she did not inherit certain traits and characteristic from her mother. Still the two groups need to be looked at in different lights. Maybe the time has come to stop looking for Christians and start looking at the Christian message. Christians believe that the only perfect man that ever walked this earth was Jesus Christ. The people of his day saw him as a fraud and ensured that he was executed. It should not be surprising that throughout the ages those who choose to follow Jesus Christ is seen in the same light. I personally do not see how we can separate the Church, Christianity and Christians. Combined they have shaped and impacted western civilization for millennia. I respect your not claiming to be Christians but at the same time you are seeking to live good lives. My question however to you is this, what standards do you use to determine the fact that you live a good life? Christianity has been influencing western civilization for millennia so how do you in the present escape its influence?
@smartass I am well thank you. I do read the blogs most times but prefer not to comment. Sometimes things get the beyyer of me as in the case mentioned above.
Happiness is an emotion that comes about due to our circumstance. Some years ago I listened to a very interesting debate between some married ladies. the question they debated was "Is love an emotion or something you do by choice?" Happiness comes and goes and it is up to you whether you love or not.
Most times I read the blogs and do not bother to comment on them. I believe in your right to express your thoughts and I will not argue with you. I should point out to you that the greatest philosophers over the years have not been able to prove the existence of God. You are the greatest of all philosophers both past and present in that you have set out to prove that God is dead. Congratulations. I Hope you will not mind my sharing a few words I wrote down last year as I reflected on paying my tributes to God. I went to the poetry section and copied and paste.

I never can understand why my Jamaican women so love to cry. You desire to put in very little but expect a lot in return. Relax and let things flow. Encourage a few more men to Join the site. I keep saying that the last census shows that there are more males in Jamaica south of 65than females. Maybe our Jamaican female problem is really an abundance of males.
Take a look at the site and you will see that there is nothing wrong with it. You disappoint me. I have already told you that there are enough men in Ja.
Do not ask me if it is true or not but in Jamaica the saying is life begins at 40. That makes you a toddler and you have the rest of your life before you so put on your dancing shoes.
zmountainman I keep saying all this world need presently is a super intelligent mad man. I hope I am not about when he comes on the scene. I stand to be corrected but I recall some years ago the Americans asking the Israelis not to modify the arms that they bought from the Americans. The Israelis seem to have been making these arms even more deadly than the Americans intended.
Bungallow I am just curious if the Americans went back to Vietnam to fight again after that war. It would have been expensive to transport the arms back to America and find storage. The next war would also mean less money going into the boys controlling the manufacturer of arms pocket.
1to1to1 You have caused me to wonder if the US weaponry is now obsolete and they need some where to dispose of it without paying. If the weaponry is good it make sense for the US not to reconsider boots on the ground. I note that President Obama favorite weapon is drone strike. It is fascinating the knowledge that these drones come with and how they are able to reason.
Oh come on be real. Some years ago a female asked me what it was that I was looking for in a woman because she wanted to pretend to have those qualities. The people that I meet in real life are pretenders and you guys expect to come to dating sites and fid the ideal and real. Get real.
Once I heard a preacher say that you ladies may have to take one of the not so good looking man and fix him up for yourself. You may not agree with this but based on the last census taken in Jamaica there are far more men than women in the 30-45 years age group. Maybe the problem is not that there is not any but that you are seeing too many fro which to choose.
