You're talking about domesticated animals. Go to Africa and watch the lions, it's survival of the fittest. The difference with pets is they get a lot of attention and love regarless or their breed or color, only if we can give all people that same type of attention and love the world would be a better place. But we choose to live in a survival of the fittest world, just like the lions.
I've been to England(London in 2006) and the women there were like dolls(hopefully they still are). If it were me I would have no old feelings because I would be chasing tail. You can always take a trip to Soho and clear your mind.
Speed dating, local newspaper personals, join a volunteer group, support groups. All you need is a start, these may not be the best start but you may get somewhere.
@RedCrystal From the US not UK, you're right a friend is better than nothing. As the old saying goes: good friends make better lovers. I just have to buy my time.
Finally a man said it. Count it as a blessing in disguise. If a woman can't say at least thanks when they get a flower why would you want to have anything to do with a person like that?. As they say "Forget about it".
You have to become robotic when dealing with rejection. You have to treat it like it never happened in the first place and keep moving forward. It's like the old training the gave salesmen long ago "pretend you didn't hear no".
This is "FAKE". I happen to be a software programmer and when you program for autocorrect you cannot use curse or any "bad" words, it will be against company policy.
Also who belives this is true ask yourself this: Who has woods outside their house?.
Lemme guess, you had a run in with one of those people who have the highest standards in the world and everyone should things their way or be critized?.
