Complicated !!!

@Stillofthenight : It's so funny that I know what the doctor will say with me. I read a lot of books about that, I got a lot of experiences from life, and I'm beginning to compare. But maybe I should to talk to someone can give me some advice. Or I should to research a forget pill ?

My brain so strange, even when I'm busy, I'm still thinking. Like half working and half thinking. I'm so busy with my job, with charity, with teaching and with my book ... but I can't stop my negative thinks !
