amorn Nothing like a day at the spa...might be boring to some but I feel better as a result...after working so hard at the hospital...looking after people does take its toll on me!!
lind Third world hunger is a problem but instead of giving food to people which should be a short term measure...I would like to see more programs designed to help them with setting up farming practices including irrigation and digging wells for fresh water...education and health care is also a key component when dealing with population control and disease management...
lind Here in Vancouver...there are a lot of bakeries and produce stores that give food away to local shelters or other organizations to feed the homeless or people with limited incomes...and I have heard such organizations in USA who do the same thing...perhaps the governments should promote such donations to ease the struggles of people who cannot afford to feed their families...and prevent good food being thrown away...
soc I think for most it is the luck of the draw...not saying that we cannot learn from our experiences and find a greater meaning about life...self actualization can happen even in the most dire circumstances...
crazy I went to a live concert in Vietnam and they played both in English and Vietnamese...good music no matter if you don't understand the lyrics...good fun dancing...it was New Year Tet celebration...lots of fun!!
ian I remember The Two Ronnies...very funny show...many of the British shows were really good...Americans have many TV shows modeled around them...one was Three's Company...
angel Despite the controversy regarding Hillary...she seems to be the better choice...looking at her plan and recognizing education grants and decreased student loan interest rates...but will have to see more from her in regards to other social programs and or other key issues that the public see as important...
manu To each there own...eventually we see people here for what they are...good and bad...part of the human condition...we may never know completely why people do the things that they do...just speculation at best...
