@twazzle,I am glad you are finding a balance to all the components that are important to being a dad. It is hard but when you look at your successful kid it makes it all worth it. I am not a parent and I think I might be a bit too soft as a mother lolhehe,but I am happy you have found that balance.
@ butterflies,if only they can appreciate school sports the way grown ups do. Today the parents were so involved. They were running with the kids and taking photos...

@the doctor.The situation is different. It is not the situation of failing at something and trying again to succeed. It is more like being in a dysfunctional relationship which you know you have to get out of but you keep staying and trying and hoping one day things might be different when the situation is not going anywhere. I moved out from my family a few years ago because of clashing views. I moved back in and nothing has changed. Still have clashing views.
