well he's going to be miserable for the next couple of days, no one allowed to drive tomorrow so he can't come home and on Saturday will be freedom day...I'm going somewhere to celebrate after being stuck at home for frigging 3 months!
he can live without his phone for few more days, this should be a big lesson to him, there's time for his phone, time to chill with me, time to cook with me, time to read books or play his guitar. I'm looking for some summer camp program to send him to
I confiscated my 15yo son's phone today...had his dad picked him up, now he's calling from his step-mom's phone and sending apologetic messages

our curfew here will end on Saturday, life back to normal, businesses will be open and everyone allowed to drive . Tomorrow , Friday, everyone allowed to go to the Mosque and Churches on foot so can't go far...
I've read somewhere that animals are also susceptible to this virus and some meat industries have already shut down...and some farmers have to stop farming.
this virus is going to bring colossal damages ...they say the single biggest threat to man’s continued dominance on the planet is the virus.
my hometown is quite blessed, it's in small Island. from the time this pandemic started, our seashores are full of fishes and shells that provides some food for the people there. The other side are farms that produce plenty of crops so I know people there won't go that hungry but if they have to put them on total lockldown and no one will be allowed out then that would make things very difficult...so that brings us back to social distancing to help slow it down and control it before it could do worse.
In some places in the Philippines, people are fighting and killing for food. Government put them on quarantine or lockdown while they have nothing in the kitchen so they either go hungry or go out and risk getting the virus, most prefer the latter. I think this is going to get worse there, our health sectors and government are not equipped for this kind of crisis...and hungry people are very angry people.
slow it down...how long can we stay inside our houses till the food supplies run out ?
If this virus continue to spread, would take time for the industry to reopen, we need the agriculture and food industry and others that provide the basics...then prices will soar.
I ordered more groceries online few days ago, I'm still waiting for them to deliver...
so much for watching The Walking Dead and all those apocalyptic movies
