I've started my weight loss by changing my diet. I've been exercising aswell, i am not certain how far that part will go as it entails discipline and a strong mindset. I agree with you, it's never too late.
My overly romantic mind works like this but such a mind will cause someone to perceive and conceptualize things that really don't exist. It doesn't stop me from dreaming though.
You are right but a change starts with each of us...it is like a surgeon having 5 patients to perform emergency surgery on but 4 died and he saved one, that one life he saved affects so many as he or she belongs to a family and a community. Think about what we write on the blogs and how it is affecting our audience, ripple effect is very crucial as the bad stays much longer with persons than good. therefore if we can feed positivity and a message of love, can we imagine that is a start to healing the world.
I know but lives are lives. Some just hide behind religion to carry out their barbaric acts. The Catholic church has done their share aswell and yet there are wonderful Catholics.
