Only 20%? You're being generous. Considering what a horrible job the House and Senate does, that they deserve at least a 50% reduction. To be a Representative or a Senator was meant to be a civic duty, not a career. I can think of a number of corrupted and useless agencies that could go too. Not a cut, but CUT.
Nonsmoker: Ah. My dad's mum was Catholic, so I've been to a Mass or two in my time. Though not for a good bit as an adult.
As for praying for Mr. Right... I figure the Universe knows what I need and when I need it. I suspect It has already delivered even though circumstances are challenging. But it is too early to tell yet, and the means to change the circumstances take time to accrue. In the meantime while I wait and see, I still enjoy meeting and learning about new people whilst...bored. Besides, I'm not everyone's cup of tea and I may yet scare off "Mr. Right" Hopefully he is made of sterner stuff than most, and reciprocates my interest. But who knows? And was "mod" a typo or deliberate?
