People moving around ! Immigrant or displaced population I think they call it,how bad should things be before we accept fleeing people along with the understanding that there will be chaff among the wheat,

Even though it is quite old the problem is far from solved and like the good people it affects, the problem is transient. Industrial power and Corporate greed in their own Self Corrupting Nature, unlike the population of the Earth are not restricted by borders.

I don't have time to watch the video, but I do know a lot about the horrible history of that beautiful country, and it is still ongoing.
And you are correct, there is no border for evil multinationals or others who want to steal natural resources, and/or ensure civil discontent to continue plundering.
It is simply another form of colonisation, albeit a more hidden and deadly one.
