Just sat down to read the blogs and noticed your blog. I was in the kitchen making split pea soup. Weather is cooling a bit and it makes a good meal for me. Freeze the rest in lunch containers and am ready to go to work with homemade soup....yum yum
Yes you can feel totally alone even if you are around people, family etc. I am not a depressed person and have lived a lot on my own, but have also lived a lot with a partner. Been on my own for about 4 years now, but it seems the older I get the more I want somebody around even although I came out of an abusive relationship. Perhaps I am now healing from that and am ready to have somebody else in my life? It's just recently I have been feeling this way, before I never even gave it a second thought, I was OK on my own. Hmmm I think I just answered my own question lol.
I believe everyone has the right to form their opinions and voice them....BUT with that said I believe they take the wrong platform to do so....such as....Football, the Award Shows, the talk shows.............. Keep football the way it is and should be and keep your comments and actions to yourself on your own time.
So concensis is to let it go and move on...........................reluctantly that's what I will do in order to have a fulfilling life in the future. I know I cannot live in the past and have a wonderful "now". So forgive and move on is it! Thank you everyone for your input, much appreciated. I think I knew the answer but I just needed that push to do it.
I have never "needed" a man in my life, always "wanted" one as a companion. I do quite well on my own and always have. I do not depend on anyone for anything, but it would be nice to have a partner to share things with like life.
