Hmmmm I will give you an example about food we take into our bodies that I heard from other people: Betty ate some chicken n ended up puking it back out again, tried again n same thing happened, the Dr n her friends thought that she didn't like the chicken after all n really want to eat it n did so bcoz she was hungry, so, in end, they said that she ' rejected ' the chicken....have you ever heard of this happening to you anyone else ? Do you believe about this ' rejection ? '
Anything with Elderberries in it like wine, syrup, jam etc, (just never eat the actual berries) will definitely boost the immune system lol I been taking it a couple months now so that's how it's poison is already in my bloodstream :)
On the first question about the plants, they have to be put to the test lol I don't think they would grow as well as a plant who is nicely encouraged to grow. I even hug my plant sometimes lol
