True, all diet are good depending on the state of health we are in. The only thing that goes up is age. My father(Mawah,New Jersey) 70y.o. Advised me to be a vegetarian or semi vegetarian. No red meat, only steamed chicken w/o skin if I crave for meat. Steamed food & less oil. Thank you.
