Good advice. Always find the source of the pain. I find when I have headaches it is because I'm dehydrated. Drinking enough water helps. Pain in my foot, lack of mobility. I go to the gym and workout. etc, etc......
And that's one of the bloody problem with the American judicial system. Some evidences are suppress which allows innocent people to be guilty and perpetrators to walk.

A few decades ago victims were told not to report, no one will believe them. Listening to so many victims talking today because of the "me too movement," is scary.
This is the result when citizens are a sleep at the wheel. Most people vote in general elections, but the states, counties, cities, elections are the most important and they don't vote.

Whenever there is a credit card on file and it expires, the companies send emails. I do nothing and they update their system as they know that credit cards are activated for so many years.
Amazon is the only company I have to update myself on their website.
