....since I had a bout of long covid last winter, my body has never completely recovered. For the past year I've felt very drained and fatigued daily and I just can't seem to shake it. Maybe if I push myself and feel that music and get my body moving on a daily basis it may help....certainly couldn't hurt

Yes, but again....I'm one of those that is very direct....very upfront....and honest to a fault. But that causes men to get mad when I speak my thoughts and feelings....say if something bothers me, even. Yet, men don't like it when women are unclear and evasive. So, either way, seems I can't win no matter what I do
