Recognizing depression is half of the battle. You know what the problems are and how its affecting you. Overcoming it can be a little trickier, this may be just a passing thing where you are ok in a day or two, or it could be the result of a change in season, or many other possibilities.
I'm not sure what to suggest to overcome it as I never had much luck in the department myself. If you still feel like this by the end of the week, your doctor may be able to help.
If it means anything, I know exactly how you are feeling.
Truth be told, I can understand why people have left. I was gone for a while and from what I seen since coming back, may be gone again soon. Not everyone enjoys going 10 rounds with a troll or watching others have to deal with it.
A woman came home just in time to find her husband in bed with another woman. With a borne of fury, she dragged her husband down the stairs to the garage and put his "part" in a vise. She then secured it tightly and removed the handle. Next she picked up a hacksaw. The husband terrified, screamed, "Stop! Stop! You're not going to......to....cut it off are you?!" The wife said "Nope, You are. I'm going to set the garage on fire."
Jack was returning to work Monday morning with two black eyes. His workmates were understandably curious: "Jack, what happened to you?!?" "It was the darndest thing! I was at church yesterday, and this woman stood up in front of me. You know how a dress can get stuck in the crack of a womans butt? It looked funny and I figured she wouldn't like that, so I just reached over and pulled it out with a little tug. Next thing I know, she spins around and socks me one!"
"Jeez, you got TWO black eyes in one blow?"
"Naw. After she turned back around, I figured she was angry that I pulled the dress out of her crack, so I tried to poke it back in..."
If Romney never flip flopped like he did, he probably would be president today. The reason he lost is simply put, you could not believe anything he said or believe in any of his policy's.
Do you feel like your thoughts just take off and its like trying to stop a juggernaut? Have you ever mentioned it to a doctor because it may be a sign of something more than a few random thoughts.
