St. Louis and pretty much all of central(ish) Missouri is in the direct path.

There are eclipse viewing parties everywhere.
We're having a party at my workplace.
Schools have been let out for the day.
Hotels and car rentals are booked solid, as people are coming in from all over.

It's supposed to be partly cloudy today.
It will be disappointing if that one cloud in the entire sky sits right in front of the sun....
