When it is a question of the execution of a condemned man, the State does not dispose of the individual's right to life. In this case it is reserved to the public power to deprive the condemned person of the enjoyment of life in expiation of his crime when, by his crime, he has already disposed himself of his right to live.
They sent mail to a member on here to say they were doing a revamp early this year adding, during this time they will consider whether to carry on with the forums.
Sadly, not a rumour, they are doing a site revamp pretty soon. One of the considerations is to close down the forums...don't be fooled into thinking it won't happen....it just might.
