Find the positive within the negative.
Don't focus on "the bad day" focus instead on whatever you are doing using deep breathing to get more oxygen into the brain. Or focus just on your breathing. Make sure your sugar levels are high enough. Together with the breathing it lifts the mind.
Sometimes when everything I attempt "goes wrong" I take it as a sign NOT to attempt to do anything important that day and just "chill". Tomorrow is another day...
I also have different musics for different "needs". Everyone reacts differently to different types of music soooooooooooo work out which one helps you feel optimistic and save it for when you need to change the cup from half empty to half full.
