No truth that I can see in USA.
However, there were inspectors in the twin towers the day before 911. They found nothing wrong.
Some rumors were started that the US Government did this to influence the people of America...these are all not true.
It was sourly a terrorist act. There is no way that the US Government would do this, kill their own people for advantage.
But rumors abound.

Yep there's a lot of ridiculous conspiracy talk about that, but it seems they actually were exploded. It's very difficult to get buildings fall directly downwards, which here happened in both cases. Even in fully controlled environment that's difficult and the odds for such a coincidence are next to zero. What has to be done is to have heavy explosives in all four corners of the building, at the right hight and they have to be detonated at the very same time. The WTC case was a great piece of engineer work as such but of course totally immoral. This video shows how the buildings collaps from explosions that happened about a hundred meters lower than where the planes crashed. I don't know if it's real though:

How do you know for sure that the bombing of those two towers weren't planned.I don't have any proof either way.
I spoke to an airline pilot one time who flew the same exact planes which flew into the towers and the Pentagon who stated that there was no way that it wasn't an inside job.He said it looked to much like how they demolish buildings.
All anyone can do is come to their own conclusions.

I have watched something like this (without the headbanging music!!) on discovery and the sum of it was rather bad engineering, building techniques, than explosives.......
