I think people had in their minds the idea that humans could cause the end of the world with A-bombs, and lately they are thinking about the human capability of avoid an end caused by natural forces.

What I wrote is not against inmigrants, it's against nonsensical systems based in restrictions of the legal residence permits, while the policy against illegal aliens doesn't exist.
My country is an example of how the Coast Guards are the wellcoming committee of any african who survives on a floating thing in the Narrow of Gibraltar, while the burocracy create troubles to all foreigner workers who are legally entitled to have a residence card, or a driving license.
If they receive any kind of temporary residence papers then they aren't illegal.
It's a contradiction to have a permit being illegal.
Only the countries which doesn't make accomplish their inmigration laws (like mine) give papers graciously to the illegal while the legal inmigrants must wait that a neverending burocracy would give them a temporary card.
