Perhaps should America be allowed to remain a member of the United Nations be a more sensible question as the country has clealy gone off the planet
AUTHORITIES in the US say a two-year-old girl has been accidentally shot and killed by her five-year-old brother, who was playing with a .22-calibre rifle he received as a gift.
the boy received the rifle last year and is used to shooting it.
It was the latest of a spate of accidental fatal shootings by young children in the US.
Less than a month ago, Brandon Holt was shot in the head by his four-year-old neighbour - also with a .22 calibre rifle - while playing with a rifle in the street outside their homes.
And just days before that, a four-year-old boy in Tennessee grabbed a loaded gun at a family cookout and accidentally shot dead the wife of a sheriff's deputy.

Why should Palestine be represented whilst Tibet or Taiwan isn't? The UN have already given Palestine observer status, has that right been given to Tibet or Taiwan? But then Tibet hasn't used terrorism to get what it wanted, hasn't sacrificed children to murder innocents. Tibet doesn't get to show the world how ill-treated they have been, whilst at the same time launching missiles at civilian targets in direct contravention of international law. Just goes to show how behaving in a civilised and lawful manner doesn't work. Perhap the Tibetans should start blowing planes up and mount a bombing campaign around the world to be heard in the UN.
