Don't set yourself up for a let-down, involving any certain expectations you may or may not have in being here. Have fun, go with the flow, post on the forums that interest you, don't search sooooooo hard - or you are bound to be even more disappointed that you seem to be already. I don't know about other sites, but yes, this site does and has worked, for some.
I'd say the limit would be of a very personal nature. Only the woman (and possibly the man, if there is one directly involved) & her doctor can and should make that determination...
Valley, I can't promise that you will like it like that - was simply a suggestion & an alternative to plain old boiled-cooked rice. What you can do, just to see if you like it, is fry up only a little bit of it (the rice), add your saute & if it strikes your fancy, follow suit, by all means...
Sounds like you are falling in to a depressive state, due to allowing yourself to have your world revolve around Mark. You may be overly consumed with this guy & the relationship - not good.
I'd say keep a journal or diary. Write down your thoughts & feelings, daily, even nightly, too...it should help. Make an attempt to preoccupy your mind with other activities that you enjoy. It's not good to count on another person for your own happiness & well being.

Personally, no I do not. I know what I want & what I need. I think self-love is very important, along with being comfy with yourself, and having an open & realistic mind...it helps, more than hinders, I think... at least for me, it does.
