Thank you all again. I'm going to bed. We were up all night with Adams family, so I'm pretty tired. Em went to a friends for the night to get away from all of the sadness that's in her heart right now.
I do too, Jackie. Right now it's so raw, and I'm sure it is still for you as well, but we both know that we've been blessed by some of the best that life has to offer.
I'm from the south in America. I call people dear, hun, sweetie, sweetheart, darlin... If anyone has been offended they haven't told me. Its never my intention to offend someone, to me, it's a term of endearment.
I can barely see through the tears to type this, but I thank you all. We could not have a better group of people holding us up. Emily and I are so blessed.
Jenna got on during the night last night to read the threads. She was touched at all of the lives that her precious son touched. She and Em chatted for a couple of hours, it was helpful to them both.
Em has to tell his friends now, but I'll be back later.
I can't tell you all how much you mean to us now when are hearts are so broken.
Actually, she has 2 daughters. They are only 3 and 5. And she lost her husband in Iraq 5 months ago. It's all just beyond my comprehension. She must have the most amazing strength. She'll have to to get through this.
I can't imagine the strength that it took for Jenna to let us know so soon. She barely knows us, but she knew that we were important in Adams life and that he loved us and we loved him.
RE: Why do men over 50 chase woman half their age?
I think it's great. And a great idea! So... start the thread.
