That comes naturally as part of a good relationship. It should be natural not based on miserable routine. Communication, understanding, flexibility, respect, all come into play when it's right. Love brings people closer naturally.
No rules is my idea of getting there, love being the guide. Everything else we do in our lives is a responsibility. If loving someone becomes a duty that has a schedule with a list attached then it isn't about true inclination and something more powerful.

Hi Cris. You can always change your ideas and thus your behavior. Cellulite is excess fat. Your body will deplete it if you deprive it of fat and carbs. It's mind over matter. Focus long term.
