I've been in my neighborhood almost 40 years, I don't rent, I own my home, home prices in Colorado are going up fast, so, I think it's better to buy instead of renting, unless you are only going to be some place for a short time, but for long term, I would buy, my house goes up in value every year, especially with these kind of homes going in... this one in the picture is a small one! ... ...
