We are actually on base and so far so good...I'm not that close to the islands/beaches. Those beach cities have been evacuated and the bridges to those cities are closed. If they say the city here needs to seek shelter, we will. The winds are just picking up a bit and it is starting to rain. Thanks for the wishes....

Why is it a bad thing? I've made lots of friends from all over the world thanks to this site. Who knows if romance could ever be in the cards but at least its fun to talk with people from other countries. And if you don't want someone from another country to be able to email or flower you, then restrict them.

I am unsure that we descended from apes per se but might have branched out from a variation of humanoid. I've not found nor read conclusive evidence that man did evolve from apes. Some "fun" reading on the subject was done by Piers Anthony in his Geodyssey series. Really well researched.
