It does not mean one is not serious, or non committed, simply means you are free to behave correctly and decently, but free.

I´ve always thought that life is a very different experience for each and every one of us, and it has to do with so many things, starting from where we live, the family we were born to, how we internalize our experiences and what we learn from it all.
