By the way....stats say that most Muslim terrorism is directed fellow Muslim than non believers, Jews and Christians. You don't hear about it...because it in some remote village of Afghanistan or market place of Iraq. Western media covers the major events in west mainly.

Fear of Sharia Law retribution is my opinion. We found that in Iraq. They would target Muslims that were in violation of Sharia Law. Or Muslim's that had 'tipped' on them.

What is the main cause of terrorism in the United States then? According to University of Maryland's START program...the world foremost data base on terrorism....2/3 of the all the world terrorism is committed by Muslims. Annually that is between 65,000 to 95,000 acts of various types. 2/3 of all the world terrorist groups identify themselves as Muslim. That is about 4000 of the worlds known 6000 terrorist groups.

START been collecting global terrorist data for about 30 years.....they can tell you what Yasser Arafat use as explosive when he blew up the Isreali water canal to start this...in early 60s. (That is a joke)

But they do keep weapon type, death and injury, target type on each act.

I think that leader from both side of the political spectrum have learned....is they can be held responsible for the comment made by supporter.

Think about it...if Palin was to 'renunicate' every Tea Party (25m estimate) person that said a injurious word in public....all she would
be doing 24 hour day is these renunication.

But it is the same for Obama.....if he was to refute every liberal and Dem (69m voters in 2008) that blogged/posted/said a painful work on GWB...he would just have mass press conference for 4 years....and call it a day.

So they pick out the ones that hit the countries social conscience and get media attention....Obama does the beer conference...McCain refutes the birther position....Palin....well is Palin. She smiles allot.

But this is also kind of a leadership. When they do, they are stepping and either putting a bandaide on or knocking down a preceived falsehood.

The useful land (agri land and land for building) in Israel is 15.4% of the countries 21,671 km square. The population of Israel is 7,233,601 this in a 2010 census.

The square area of land in west bank is 5,640 square km and is has a population of 2,514,845 (again a 2010 census)

Each person in Israel has .0029 km squared of land. But of useful land that figure is only .0004 km squared of land per person.

Each person in West Bank has .0022 km squared of land. I could find no data on useful land area in the West Bank. But the West Bank has a bounder with the River Jordan and 220 square KM of the Dead Sea. So has water sources to develop more of the west bank into useful land.

Land is becoming the issue to the middle east peace treaty. From some it Isreali occupation of land in East Jerasulum. For others is that Israel has only so much useful land for a greater population to support.

If you look at aerial imagery of the Jordan river. The area were Isreal and Syria have both sides...it is agri land and in production. You come to the West Bank there is little cultivation on the 42 Jordan river West Bank side but there is cultivation on the Syrian side.

Who should get the land? People that are going to cultivate it. Or people that are not? Obviously the answer there is the people that are going to cultivate it. That makes them self sustaining and contributing to the world foods needs.

Why are they not cultivating the land on the West Bank? I don't know. They have been there for years. They have the same soils as in Isreal and Syria. So there is little reason not to cultivate the land.

Well I am not certain to what the attitude in Serbia was to Muslims. I have some idea from the video and articles read at the time from the country.

From the US side of the issue....we went their to stop the genocide and to put them back into the country that Serbia was ethically cleansing.
I saw that a pretty moral mission.

In the case of Rwanda ,I agree...the media was slow to report it and failed to report it in a accurate manner. But my point is what does Rwanda have to do with the Tea Party that was not even a gleam in Sarah Palin eye then? Were is the connection between the two?))

There are many things in the world that Americans are ill informed on.
But if we are to shape our political movements by world events and issues, that party is more responsible to the world then to the American people.

That is the problem....we don't have many 'options' with them. Other than invading them and doing Conrad's 'stomp them' or sittting back and watching them them....do this stuff. There is very little in between that is a good and viable option on them.

Take them to the UN.....the UN is going to shrug....simply because each of those 204 countries....want to do similar deals.
Expose them to the media....they have already made a public announcement like Hugo did....and you just gave him more 'REP' in the region.

Interdicting the illegal weapon and the drugs that pay for them is about the best choice we have. Unless you want to confirm Hugo's statement that "the Empire (US) is going to invade Venesula".

Our Southern American Friend...Hugo Chavez....says that when he went to Moscow the last week. He pick up 4b line of credit for Russian military systems. China recently gave him a advance military radar system.

Hugo just appointed a new head of the countries military by advancing him in rank to a General. He was one that the US DEA had tabbed a few years ago for drug traffic out of Venesula for the FARC of Columbia.

That was when the DEA was booted out of Venesula. Hugo says he is going to use the Chinese advanced radar to stop drug shipment. Ain't that a giggle.....

Conrad has a good point, If President Obama goes after al-Awliki..without court approval....he could face charges. If the Denver carpenter....went after al-Awlaki instead of bin Laden....and got him....I bet Holder is prosecuting the Denver carpenter.

United States. The key term in the Constitution job description of the

They just caught a Somali in a FBI sting on the west coast. It was a car bomb operation...he was going to drive a explosive car into a Christmas tree lighting gathering.....were 100s of people....mostly families with small children would be.

We know that al-Awalki has connection to the Somalian pirate groups. I have a feeling that this compromised attack is the work of al-AWaliki. Yet our President rather than go to Yemen and get him....would rather frisk millions of American airline passengers and keep his finger crossed that al-Awaliki is not sending package bombs as presents this year.

They lucked out on this Somali....some one tipped....(e.g. was not afraid of Sharia Law consquences to give him up) to the FBI that set
up a sting on him.

Think about that for a moment. A Christmas tree lighting gathering is the target? You want to tell me that this is not religious conflict?
They picked the target just because it had a religious significance to Christianity.

It good the foot soldier attack was compromise and stopped. But the POTUS needs to stop these attacks at the sources....... bin Laden, al-AWalki and others.

You condemned American healthcare before the magic healing touch of Obamacare.

Complained about the big banks and wall street before the TARP bailout as being to greedy and money making. Then the Obama's TARP stimulus package to them changed your tune. It gave them more money than they wee making in the markets.

The you hacked into the American military, while it was under orders of GWB and fighting in Iraq. Suddenly after the Obama oath, the American military is heroic and being led with master military tactician.

Now it is the Chamber of Commerce and those small biz that it represent...that are sending American jobs overseas.....but not the big American biz of Obama is making the world products and services that are needed.

Were is the criticism for the US FED that sold the Chinese 785b in T-bills, yes? That now is facing repaying those T-Bills with a devalued and weak American Dollar? Maybe selling those T-Bills was not such a good idea?

Were is the criticism for the for DEM party that spun on President Obama during the mid term like he was may pole in a heavy wind?

The you have the fine TSA is doing the strip searching of children and doing pat down on elderly in wheel chairs. They are the one American institution you support. But you detest the AZ ID law that is much less intrusive than that.

You have one extremist in a group of 25m. Gesh...Alan Greyson had his opponent painted a Taliban and anti woman rights advocate because he quoted a bible verse on marriage. Which Greyson hacked up and misquoted and took out of contest.

Every party has a flame thrower or two. Seldom do they lead the party.

See many of the Tea party members act on his advice? Some Tea party member lost their bids....but hispanic in their districts have not been rounded up for camps.

We are talking 50 years ago, on most of your examples. Today we have the Mexicans doing mass protest carrying the Mexican flags in our cities. No Tea party person threw stones at them. It was a yawn to the mid roads, IND and conseveratives. Did we talk about it? Sure. Talk...not stones.

Russia and China....just announced they are going off the American Dollar as their curriency base. Well they are going into economic warfare. Our friends in Russia....yes Dude?.....just pulled the rug from out of President Obama's feet.

The Chinese and Russian are both part of the 6 Party group on North Korea.

I hate to tell you this Dude....but Presidnet was injured in a pick up basket ball game on Friday. He caught a elbow in the face and had 12 stiches in his lip suctured in. I wish him a quick return to feeling better.

Now maybe it just me.... but with Korea going ballistic over the artillery duels, with SKorea asking for tactical nucs, sending soldier to the disputed island, a resigning chief of their military....what is the President doing playing game of pick up basket ball?

I know the people at both of local Chamber of Commerce pretty well.

One has a little old lady (grandmotherly type) that answers the door and ask you to sign a guest book for visiting the Chamber. There are 5 -6 sectretaries and the then director of chamber who is aged man in his early 60s. Then the executive board is made up of local business men and women....that own antique shops, auto dealership, gas stations, restraunts, print shops. etc.......

That the Chamber is involved in this grand foreign conspriracy is such a lunny tunny theory that only liberals could come up with it. The reason Washington is broken ..fractured...dissolving.....melting away....is parties in the White House believe it.

Just moment...our Chamber will over turn the Federal government of the United States, just after it sponsors downtown days.....with clowns and a parade.
